Windows XP Backup Utility

Few users know, I didn’t know till I was looking around on the Windows XP cd a few days ago, that Windows XP Home Edition includes a backup utility on the installation disk. It is not installed by default but it is quite easy to install.

- Insert your Windows XP Home Edition CD in your cd drive and browse to the directory VALUEADD\MSFT\NTBACKUP

- Double-click Ntbackup.msi and it will install.

I don’t know if this program is included with Windows XP Pro but it may be.
