To change Internet Explorer's title you will want to do the following.
1. Go to your start menu, click Run, and then type in regedit.
2. Browse to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\Window Title
3. Now enter what you would like to have the title bar to say.
