Here are a few shortcuts you can use in most Windows programs.
ALT + F4 - Exit a program
ALT + TAB - Switch between windows
CTRL + ESC - Display the Windows Start Menu
TAB - Switch between elements of a form
SHIFT+TAB - Switch backwards between elements of a form
CTRL+X - Cut a selection
CTRL+C - Copy a selection
CTRL+V - Paste a selection
F1 - Help Menu
CTRL+Z - Undo Last Action
