Okay, this registry hack assumes you have some basic knowledge of working with the Windows Registry. Remember that working the registry can be dangerous, keep a backup handy.
This registry hack allows you to move a centered desktop wallpaper around the screen, so it's not centered any more.
Load up regedit, and browse to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop
Once there, create two String Values named Wallpaperoriginx, and Wallpaperoriginy.
For the value, put how many pixels you wish to offset the background image.
