Windows Key Shortcuts

The Windows key is the key that most Windows computers have that has the Microsoft Windows icon on it. There are usually two Windows keys on the keyboard and one is is normally between the left Control and Alt keys.

Holding the Windows key plus another key will activate certain functions in Windows. Remember to hold the Windows key down while pressing these other keys.

E - Open Windows Explorer

F - Open Find window

M - Minimizes all windows.

Shift + M - Place windows back where they were before you minimized them all with M.

R - Open Run window.

Tab - Switch between items on the task-bar

Pause / Break - Open System Properties.
